Therapeutic Massage

Nicole will achieve excellent results through a full spectrum of soft tissue therapies, from deep tissue massage techniques to an array of highly specialized massage treatments.

Prenatal & Postnatal Massage

Massage is an essential treatment in prenatal and postnatal care as mother's muscles are continually adapting to the spine's changing shape, weight and internal organ distribution. Not to mention a new life living within.

Fire Glass Cupping

Fire cupping is a practice of using suction on the skin. This suction usually breaks capillaries, the small blood vessels near the skin surface, resulting in red marks where the cups was placed on. Fire cupping, combustion removes oxygen from the air and causes negative air pressure sucking the skin into the cup.

Hot Stone Massage

During a hot stone massage, your body is not only weighted down with hot, smooth stones, but the massage therapist also uses the stones to massage your body.

Sport Massage

A sports massage is ideal to treat injuries and as well as a preventative treatment dealing with the health of muscle and connective tissue, range of movement, tone, symmetry, balance of muscle and quality of posture.

IASTM/Scraping

Instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM)/scraping is a new range of tools which enables clinicians to efficiently locate and treat individuals diagnosed with soft tissue dysfunction. IASTM uses tooled friction massage to mechanically break apart tissue, fascism restrictions and scar tissue.
